However, the onset of any functional activities programmed as cascade and starts from the information encrypted nitrogenous base embedded in chromosome. They act as team with transcription factors and polymerase and cook their healthy protein for keeping healthy metabolism to maintain its status as Healthy. In disease condition, non – cooperative movement is followed by the protein cooked by the cell which is modifying the every stage of its entry and it’s by as well as end products. As a result, junks of materials accumulate, promulgate inside the cell, impregnate with neighboring functional activities and make the organ system feel feeble and impaired that leads to establishment of acute to chronic conditions of the disease. The diseased cell is availing the capacity of being resistant to the drugs, due to morphological transformations and it exhibited umbrella of receptors on their surfaces. The key understanding that are needed to cure the disease rely upon the molecules that prevent the apoptosis of the diseased cell and non-responsiveness to the therapeutic drugs. So systematically targeting the over expressed and abundantly present receptors that are the doors for reaching the root cause of the disease. Besides, the protein specific ligand coated biocompatible functional materials are the programs designed to knock the golden doors of the diseased cell machinery and by the way regulate and limit the availability of essential proteins of the diseased cell for being immortal. In addition, activate the cell death program and diminish the population of diseased cell that operate the organ system. This limelight the diseased cell to be responsive to the drug and pass the instruction to all the cells to halt and for the deceased cell, it put an “END” and this begins the era of precision biotherapeutics
