Certain examples of functional foods are Probiotic yogurt; omega -3 enriched foods; fiber rich foods and antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables.
PROBIOTIC YOGURT:
It Supports gut health and immunity that Aids digestion and reduces bloating. It also boosts energy and mental clarity. Yogurt is also rich in protein and calcium. It promotes healthy weight management and also improves skin and hair health yogurt also helps reduce symptoms of IBS.
