Please ensure that you make the payment in the specified amount based on your professional category. The registration fee covers the cost of workshop materials, practical sessions, access to equipment, and accommodation and food.
Only selected candidates are required to pay the registration fees. Upon receiving the acceptance notification, selected participants will be provided with detailed instructions regarding the payment process and the deadline for payment.
Selection will be based on the write-up.
Selection Procedure
Selection Process:
Please note that only twenty four participants will be selected for this workshop. The selection will be based on the quality and relevance of the write-up submitted during the registration process. The workshop organizers will evaluate the write-ups to ensure a diverse group of participants with genuine interest and potential benefit from the workshop.
Notification of Acceptance:
After the selection process, the workshop organizers will notify the selected participants via email within a few days following the registration deadline. The email will contain further instructions and information on how to proceed with confirming your participation in the workshop.
Travel Arrangements:
Once you have received confirmation of your acceptance, you can begin making your travel arrangements. Please note that participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses. We recommend making travel arrangements well in advance to secure the best rates and availability.
