Profile

I am interested in understanding plant signal transduction, particularly those transduced by mitogen-activated protein kinase cascade. The plant systems of interest are Rice and Arabidopsis.

Current Focus Areas

  • I am currently focussing on the involvment of MAP kinases in cell-cycle, photosynthesis and abiotic stresses to improv rice crop yield.
