Profile
Dr Sandeep Kushwaha holds master and PhD degrees in bioinformatics. He has experties in bioinformatics tools and techniques and algorithms, next generation sequence data analysis in the area of metagenomics, genomics and transcriptomes, published. Our lab is focused on molecular genetics and bioinformatics to develop methods, tools, and resources for animal disease diagnosis and treatment. Presently, our lab is engaged to understand non-obstructive bovine infertility and bovine mastitis disease biology
Current Focus Areas
Implementation of omics approaches to understand Bovine Mastitis disease biology
Potential role of bovine microbiome in non-obstructive infertility (RBS) using metagenomics
Livestock Genomics to improve animal health and production using molecular genetics and bioinformatics approaches
