Dr. Ellora Sen obtained her Ph.D. in Immunology from the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology CSIR-IICB. Her post-doctoral research was at Department of Microbiology & Immunology, Pennsylvania State University, USA, and later at the Department of Neurology and Neurosciences, Rutgers University, USA. She joined the National Brain Research Centre as Principal Investigator in 2006. She also holds a Master degree in Philosophy from IGNOU

Current Focus Areas

  • Understanding how genetic/epigenetic landscape in gliomas with different molecular signatures having prognostic values, influences chemoresistance and immune surveillance.
