Q3: Can I upload my own samples or do I need to purchase them through your ILS site?

A3: You can choose to either upload your own samples or purchase them through our online store. If you're unsure which option is best for your project, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Q4: How long does it take to receive results after submitting my sample(s) for analysis?

A4: The turnaround time for receiving results varies depending on the complexity of the project and the availability of our instruments. On average, we aim to deliver results within 7-14 business days.

Q5: Is my data secure when using your institution's facilities? Are there any confidentiality agreements in place?

A5: Yes, we take data security very seriously. All user data is stored securely behind firewalls and encrypted databases. Additionally, we require all users to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before accessing our facilities, ensuring the confidentiality of their research findings.
